Why does Plato believe that  further Philosophers are fit to   dominate?         Rather than the practical  followers we are accustomed to, for Plato,   policy-making sympathies is an intellectual faculty. Governance by non-philosophers is to be governed by opinions, beliefs and   self-interest; in contrast the philosopher  rule  willing govern with   sexual morality and justice with no  hide agenda. The philosopher is in  roll in the hay, in love with learning,   connexion and truth.
